Order before 3 p.m. on our website www.toolstation.fr for delivery within 48 working hours.
All orders placed after 3 p.m. Friday will be delivered from Monday of next week.

Geodis & GLS for your spacious packages (dimensions over 1.70m and more than 30kg)
In order to better anticipate your delivery times, please note that these carriers do not deliver on weekends.

If you are unable to receive your order, our logistics provider / transporter:

By choosing Colissimo Point-Retrait, you can choose from over 19,500 collection points.

If you notice at the time of delivery that items are missing or damaged, we invite you to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of your order so that we can take the necessary measures to resolve the problem. problem.

Shipping costs are free for any order equal to or greater than 25 €. The shipping costs are € 7.50 for orders below this amount.
We do our best to deliver all your orders within 2 working days. If, however, a delay in delivery is expected due to unfortunate circumstances, and in the event that we are informed by our carrier, our customer service will of course contact you.
All packages are shipped by Colissimo or Géodis depending on the size of the items ordered and the delivery address chosen.
